EE returns to The Habitat – he always puts on a stellar show!

this show is now at maximum rsvp. Contact us through email if you want to be on a wait list!

Important! Pre-donation info at the end of this page!

About Eric:

Eric Erdman was writing songs at 8 years old. When he and his older brother sat at the end of their family’s pier on Mobile Bay, they learned to play guitar to the rhythm of the waves and they pulled as many tunes from that water as they did fish.

Eric’s passion for and knowledge of music grew throughout his high school and college years. After graduating from the University of South Alabama with a B.S. in Statistics, Eric continued to pursue his music career, forming the funk rock band The Ugli Stick. The group recorded four albums and toured worldwide for years with Eric as frontman.

Soon Eric joined the writing staff in Muscles Shoals at legendary Fame Studios, where he not only met and impressed producer Jimmy Nutt, but also soaked up inspiration from the history and roots of the small north Alabama town known as “The Hit Recording Capital of the World.”

Smart lyrics, gorgeous melodies, soulful ballads: Eric’s range transcends genre. As a guitarist, Eric’s mastery and versatility has him touring with world-class acts like the Buddy Rich Band, Kristy Lee, Nadirah Shakoor. Besides his own singer/songwriter credentials, Eric produces projects for other artists as well.

When you pre-donate, use the above link, use the total amount for all people, and understand it will show as “one ticket” (their wording isn’t really good) – this is “one donation” to us, the RSVPs is where we know how many people are coming – so for example, if you are contributing the recommended $20 per person and you are 3 people, your $60 donation will show as one, but your RSVP is for 3, and we are expecting 3 of you! Also, remember that 100% of this goes to the Musicians! A final note, if you want VIP seating, a $35 donation per person means we will go the extra distance and reserve seating at your choice (email us details of your request, like front row, or a table) and we will arrange this… we’ll even include a playbill to get signed, and perhaps another few goodies as well! (note, we can not track this properly without a pre-donation, contact us if you need to…)

About Heather:

Heather Vidal has evolved into a singer/songwriter who has spent the past 25 years performing with the acoustic duo Copper Sky and has been a collaborator with several musicians in the TropRock genre including Dennis McCaughey (performing together as Tropical Soul), Kristie Bobal and Linley Tolls (their trio ‘Girlz Rule’), and many others, who have opened doors to the Parrot Head community fundraisers and house concerts which are held all over the country.

With these wonderful connections, she is now branching out on her own at the ripe old age of… She writes her own music as well as interprets almost any genre of song. John Frinzi returns to The Habitat

Important! Pre-donation info at the end of this page!

About John:

A gifted singer and songwriter, John Frinzi has built an audience through craft and originality. An early demo caught the ear of legendary steel guitarist and long time Coral Reefer Band member Doyle Grisham, and their working relationship led to John’s first CD, “Into The Dawn.” His second album, “Shoreline,” showcases Frinzi’s versatility as a songwriter and vocalist with many of the songs co-written by Tom Corcoran, co-writer of the Jimmy Buffett classics,“Fins,” and “Cuban Crime of Passion.” Both CDs remain in regular rotation on Sirius/XM’s Radio Margaritaville.

Most recently, John teamed up with multi-platinum Songwriter and Producer Aaron Scherz on their singles “Summer Sun” and “Lyin’ or Lucky” which, in addition to being fan favorites on Sirius/XM, are included on their new album “Blue Sky View”. A seasoned live performer, Frinzi has toured nationally playing over 250 dates a year and has been featured at major festivals including the Keith Sykes Songwriters Celebration, Key West Songwriters Festival, Pensacola Beach Songwriters Festival and has shared the stage with acclaimed artists including Jesse Winchester, Mac McAnally, The Coral Reefer Band, Todd Snider and Maria Muldaur.
